Pet Policy

A maximum of two pets will be permitted per apartment with a 50 lb. max weight limit. Acceptable pets are: dogs, cats, birds, and fish. Certain breeds of dog including, but not limited to, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, Akita, Pit Bull, Presa Canoario, Wolf, Wolf Hybrid, or German Shepard not used for police work or human assistance; whether pure breed or mixed breed containing any of the above, will not be permitted. Property Management further reserves the right to deny approval of the Lease based on a required interview with the dog, if the dog displays any aggressive behavior or appears to be a nuisance at the time of interview. No cat is permitted unless it had been spayed or neutered. Veterinary proof is required. Picture identification of each pet is required.
